For claimed regions in the territories, owners should be able to modify flags like whether other people can open doors, etc. It may require advanced ability (directly use WorldGuard commands) to change these flags.
I will do this by giving a player the appropriate WorldGuard permissions when she creates a region. I may also need to add commands to easily get the name of the region or otherwise make the WorldGuard commands easy to use.
